HELEZON AND YİV-SET SYSTEM
The Helezon and Yiv-Set system is suitable to draw the meat at the appropriate temperature 3-4 times in a row, Minced meat does not deform (trace). It is completely made of AISI 304 quality stainless special ceramic cast.
REMOVABLE CUT SYSTEM (COT-CEL HEAD)
The groove system can be easily cleaned by removing it, thus ensuring maximum hygiene. All of our minced machines have models with removable groove system (Sök-Tak Head). Removable groove (Sök-Tak Head) is a widely used feature.
COOLER SYSTEM
The cooling system is designed to be removable so it can be added later. Environmentally sensitive R134 A was used in the cooling system. In minced coils without cooling system, the temperature of the meat increases by 2-4 degrees. Minced meat machines with cooling system prevent the meat from warming up. Thus, the pH level of the meat does not change during the grinding process and does not lose water.
NERVE SEPARATION SYSTEM
Optionally, PKM-32 and PKM-42 models can be manufactured with a nerve separation system. Thanks to the nerve separation nut, the nerve ratio in the meat can be drawn in an adjustable way.
