Working Principle
A check valve opens when the pressure under the valve plug exceeds the pressure above the plug force. When pressure is achieved, the valve closes.

Design Features
The stainless steel valve body provides non-porous, smooth surfaces and dimensionally smooth structure. The valve body is in two parts, mounted with a standard clamp and closed with a standard gasket. The self-unloading design of the lower valve body allows the product to fry. The ribbed construction of the stainless steel disc is heavy pressure resistant, minimizes flow resistance and also acts as a guide for the valve plug. All parts and gaskets are made of FDA approved materials.
