- There is an elevator belt with carrier wings at the exit of the machine and it removes the products out of the water.
- A total of 9 nozzles are placed as two separate units on the oblique side of the belt towards the final wash exit.
- Compressed air is pumped into collector tubes connected to a fan on the side of the machine and water is blown into the chamber to ensure that dirt and similar impurities are separated from the product.

Application
- Mainly used for washing various kinds of leaf vegetables and bulbous vegetables, fruits and aquatic products after cutting.
- The air bubble cleaning machine is composed of: water jet washing device, bubble cleaning device, high-pressure water spraying device, floating miscellaneous/insect eggs removal device, water circulation filtration device, transmission device and electronic control device.
- According to the requirements of different materials and processing technology, the water flow and bubbling volume can be adjusted, and the conveying of materials can be controlled by frequency conversion.
