Tubular Heat Exchanger performs the quick heating cooling process of viscous products in the food industry. The product is heat treated through special pipes on the body. Pipe diameters and sizes are selected according to the product. Heat calculations are made using computer programs. The number of pipes, pipe diameter, pressure, flow orientation shape and many important values are created with program support. Pipes are collected on a chassis. It provides a collective view. Pipes are AISI 316 quality and other parts are made of AISI 304 quality stainless steel.
The thermal exchanger cools the product which goes out of the cooking tank by adjusting it to the specified required value by using a manually controlled three-stage valve. The tubular heat exchanger is made of high quality AISI 304 stainless steel. Cold water will not be provided directly to the system, the cooling with water will be reduced to 65-70 degrees in the first stage.
Then it will be given to the homogenizer. In the second stage the cooling will be reduced to 30-35 degrees and in the third stage it is reduced to +8 + 10 degrees by providing cold water. Also a thermometer is installed to measure the temperature between the stages. This thermometer is controlled by manual valves according to temperature values.
