- Water is passed through equipment such as pumps, filters and heat exchangers on the product from 5 zones with specially produced nozzles.
- Heat and counter pressure are activated automatically – according to the prepared recipe cycle, thus ensuring all products are pasteurized or sterilized to the same standards.
