Application:

The conveyor transports products to the area where the movable sealing bar is located. Once there, the products are automatically wrapped with shrink film from the bottom and top, and then transferred to the shrink tunnel via the discharge band after being sealed by the hot sealing bar, which is controlled by a servo. Inside the tunnel, the polyethylene film tightly wraps around the product due to the temperature, and then takes the shape of the product as it cools with the help of a fan at the tunnel exit. This method of packaging not only enhances the product’s visual appeal but also safeguards it against abrasion, scratches, and dust during storage and transport.
